About Us
NB SIKA FOUNDATION - LBG (“the Foundation”) is a non-profit, non-governmental, limited-by-guarantee organisation, incorporated on 26th September 2025 under the laws of Ghana, with Certificate of Incorporation number CG065840925. The Foundation operates at both national and international levels, with its registered postal address at P. O. Box KA 9403, Kotoka International Airport, Accra and office premises at 22 Nii Lomo Tackie Street, Abelenkpe-Accra, GA-125-1814.
The Foundation exists to promote holistic wellness, reduce mental health stigma, empower women and youth, and create equal opportunities for education and health. This Governing Policy outlines the governance framework, principles, structures, and operating procedures of the Foundation.
